Testimonials

Dear Dr Anderson,

Thank you so much for my new implant. It feels and looks Great. I sure wish this had been an option when I got my bridges. Having to grind down 2 good teeth to put the bridge on seemed such a shame as well as more work. With the implant you are only filling the hole left by the missing tooth. This is certainly much easier. I definitely would encourage everyone to take this option.

- Thanks Again. Barbara

Dear Dr Anderson:

Just a short note of appreciation for the three implants you have installed in my lower jaw during the past few years. As a Biomedical Engineering and Biomaterials Researcher, I have continually marveled at your surgical skills for placement of implants in exactly the right location. The implants have worked as intended. Mon Amie was so impressed with your results that she referred herself to you.

- Sincerely yours, K. L., PhD, Lac, President & Professor of Biomedical Engineering, University of Northern California

I recently had an implant procedure at Dr. Anderson’s office. The procedure went just as explained – each step simple and without any discomfort or pain. The end result is beautiful. I would not hesitate to have another such procedure if needed. Thank you to Dr Anderson and his wonderful friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Dear Doug (hygienist),

Just a note to thank you so much for the cleaning you did for me today. I really appreciated your wisdom and expertise in helping me to understand and prevent further tooth destruction due to my grinding. The most ironic part of this discovery for me was the fact that I used to teach both yoga and massage therapy and was very good at identifying stress in the body and teaching ways to release it. Now with my current profession as a realtor these past several years, it seems I have stopped practicing what was once so basic for me. Today was an eye-opener for me and I thank you very much. Enclosed is my card. I look forward to the opportunity to someday extend to you the same level of excellent service!

- Sincerely, Jennifer

Dear Dr Anderson:

I would first like to thank you for seeing me and addressing my immediate problem so swiftly. Your understanding was completely unexpected! I’m still in a state of shock at finding any professional willing to do anything on such a short notice. I was also extremely grateful for your frank approach to the cost of the impending procedure and with your immediate assessment of the future of my “bright smile” (to come)! I am also very impressed with the care with which you addressed my dental problem. I have never had such complete, thorough, caring and educated attention paid to the job at hand. I can say with authority that I am at last excited about my dental future!

You have also surrounded yourself with two sympathetic, kind and skilled individuals (Linda and Karen). Both of them are comforting, helpful and caring. I couldn’t have asked for more wonderful “bedside manners.

I consider my experience in your office as having been one of the nicest I have ever had the privilege to enjoy and I thank you all. Actually, I am looking forward to my next appointment.

- Sincerely, Karen

Dr Anderson replaced a small lower center tooth of mine with an implant. I was anxious about the procedure – worried about pain. To my surprise there was no pain. It was to me a very simple procedure. The results are a new tooth and I cannot even tell it is not the original.

Thanks so much. Can’t thank you enough for all the great care and friendship!

Dear Dr Anderson,

Implants! Who’d have thought they would be this perfect! When I first came to you to discuss them, I was really dubious. I had been told years earlier that with three teeth in a row missing, implants were really the only answer. But as an older person, I couldn’t really see putting myself through all that pain and misery. When you and I discussed it, I did come to believe another set of partial dentures was not suitable nor desirable. You convinced me that implants were the way to go. You told me the pain was minimal. I didn’t believe you. Karen, your receptionist also told me the same thing. I didn’t believe her either. How can it be relatively pain free to drill three holes through the gums into the bone and insert little tiny screw-like implants? I remained skeptical even after I found out I could plan to drive myself home after this ordeal.

I reluctantly presented myself on the appointed day, prepared for two hours of total misery. It simply didn’t happen. The two hours in the chair were pain free, and with all the chatter and laughter, went by quickly. Clearly you knew what you were doing, you were sure and confident as you worked, and the procedure lasted exactly the two hours you said it would. I left your office with temporary teeth attached to the implants, looking entirely normal, with a numb jaw. There had been no bleeding, no pain, and no discoloration. I went home to wait for the anesthetic to wear off, dreading an ordeal. It never came. When I could feel my jaw again it had a very mild ache, not even enough to take any medication. I’ve had worse pain resulting from having deep cavities filled. I ate a normal dinner that night. The following morning I had all but forgotten I had implants in my mouth. There was no pain whatsoever. There was also no cumbersome removable bridge wobbling as I ate. I chewed normally.

Two weeks later you installed the permanent bridge. For all the world, it looks and feels like I have grown new teeth! This is as close to perfect as anything I have ever experienced! The only difference between implants and original teeth is that implants never get sensitive, never get cavities, and never ache. In other words, there is no down side. I can never thank you enough. You have shown me how far dentistry has come since I was a child dreading that big, clumsy drill and the accompanying discomfort. There aren’t enough words in the English language to express my appreciation, not just to you but your wonderful staff, Linda, Doug and Karen.

- Your very grateful patient, U. H.
